Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Associates to join our growing sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, generating leads, explaining loan products, and assisting customers throughout the loan process.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, customer handling ability, and a passion for sales and achieving goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with customers regarding loan requirements
- Explain personal loan, overdraft, and financial products to customers
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options
- Maintain regular follow-ups for lead conversion
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Maintain proper customer records and update CRM systems
- Coordinate with backend and operations teams for smooth processing
- Handle customer queries professionally and politely
- Build and maintain good customer relationships
- Ensure proper documentation and process compliance
Required Skills

- Basic understanding of sales and customer service

Eligibility Criteria
- Undergraduate/Graduate preferred; however, candidates with relevant experience and strong competencies are encouraged to apply
- Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
- Experience in BFSI, tele-sales, or personal loan sales will be preferred
